COVID-19 should be considered as a systemic disease involving multiple human systems due to the uncontrolled systematic inflammatory response resulting from the release of large amounts of proinflammatory cytokines and chemokines by immune effector cells, called ”cytokine storm”. COVID 19 alters blood coagulation and can manifest clinically in various organs and systems by altering them, causing, for example: thrombotic microangiopathies (TMA), livedo reticularis in the skin. In this case, these pathologies caused by COVID 19 are mainly described, in the context of the pandemic.
