In this article, the author refers to the situation faced by those people with great economic and political power - in our environment - who are involved in criminal proceedings for the crime of corruption of officials; who, feeling affected, are challenging the restriction on their right to “free movement” as a consequence of the request made by the prosecutors, before the jurisdictional bodies, to ensure the consequences of the preparatory investigation and obtain a conviction.
