Proposal of university social responsibility model: Case of the Professional Academic School of SystemsEngineering – UNC

Abstract

University Social Responsibility (RSU) is one of the main functions that the university must fulfill, developing activities from the classrooms that have a positive impact on their community and always promoting the participation and commitment of both teachers and students, and although it has been established Mechanisms to correctly manage these activities have not yet been registered, nor has their impact on the beneficiaries been evaluated, showing deficiencies in their management, direction and control; mainly, due to the lack of defined and documented processes that facilitate this work. This reality can be evidenced in the different Professional Careers of the National University of Cajamarca (UNC), and it is not alien to the Systems Engineering Carrer, that is why a systematic literature review was carried out to then make a proposal for a RSU model that helps in the management of these activities in the EAPIS and that helps in the fulfillment of the quality standards related to this function.
