The research is interested in presenting the problems of evidentiary reasoning with maxims of experience.
The maxims of experience are considered to be judgments or propositions, empirical, conditional or hypothetical, and general that can be used in formal and informal evidentiary reasoning. However, because they are empirical and general, the maxims of experience turn out to be problematic when applying them to specific cases; Therefore, evidentiary reasoning cannot be constructed with any maxim of experience, since a correct internal and external justification is required for the evidentiary reasoning to be correct and true, or at least close to reality.
