Critical analysis of Law No. 31590, which modifies the Code of Children and Adolescents, regarding shared custody in Peru

This article certainly comments on the modifications that Law 31590 made to the legal provisions that regulate the legal institution of joint custody, provided for in articles 81 to 84 of the civil code for children and adolescents. For this purpose, it previously describes the previous modifications of the aforementioned regulations, as well as analyzes related legal concepts, such as doctrine and comparative jurisprudence.
