Abstract

This article examines the regulation of anthropocentric, ecocentric, and cosmocentric environmental approaches,  highlighting the latter as the most suitable for ensuring comprehensive and sustainable protection of nature. Declarations granting rights to ecosystem elements in various countries are analyzed, including a recent ruling from the Juzgado Mixto from Nauta in Peru.
